Due to her condition, her 21-year-old brother, Edward, became her State sponsored caretaker. But due to the pandemic, no one actually stopped into the Baynard home to make sure that Heather was actually being taken care of. So when her parents brought her to the emergency room and plunked her down like a "sack of potatoes" and it was clear to everyone that Heather had been dead for some time...

Na'Ziyah was a beautiful little girl who was failed by quite literally all of the adults in her life. This led her directly into the path of Jarvis Butts, a 42-year-old known child predator. As of the date of release in May of 2025, Na'Ziyah has never been found, but is believed to be deceased. The only suspect? Jarvis Butts.
