These two mentally disordered offenders are from two completely different jurisdictions who killed their victims and consumed parts of their remains.  The offenders were apprehended, tried in a court of law and judged to be guilty by reason of insanity.  Part 2 will discuss their dispositions, not only in court, but in their respective mental health facilities. I will also provide the mental health experiences I observed from both clinical and criminal justice perspectives as well as providing enhanced tactics.

This offender used his position of trust from having served his country as a Marine to working as a security officer.  And in that occupation, he stalked the females in the areas he was duty bound to protect.  This offender is Michael Kenneth Reese, the dishonored Marine.
