When the promises of God seems so far off hold on. It's closer than you think. Really it is...

When you finally get what you've been asking God for, give him praise don't complain and don't tell the neighborhood the troubles that you've seen. Take any complaint to God and let him fix it. That way people will see the god in you and they will want to worship your God.

Praise and worship the Lord God most high. He is worthy of all the glory all the honor and the praise. Regardless of where you are and what you're going through he is worthy.

We continue from part one of poor choices. As I unpack a little information that I have learned I hope that it helps you.

Lean not to your own understanding and all of your ways acknowledge Him, and he will direct your path.

What do you do when you finally get something that you wanted that you could not have in the beginning. Do you mistreat it, misuse it, or ignore it all together. Even things that you think you want should be a desire that comes from God.

Take some time and sit back, stop doing everything that gets nothing done. Do nothing for once instead of the feet of the father and draw love from him.

Be vigilant the new year that has come up it's going to be so much different than last year. Make sure that you are rooted and grounded in the Lord Jesus Christ.

I would like to encourage you, at this end of 2023 to reflect. Think about all the doors that God closed just to protect you. And then tell me, whether you believe he's a loving father. What are the father will protect you from falling buy clothes and doors to wrong places removing wrong things out of your life. Don't get so caught up on the doors, that God opens, that you forget the ones he closed to take care of you.

Don't forget the real reason that we're supposed to be celebrating. There is one that hung on the tree who is more precious than any ornament you could ever buy any gift you could ever give. His name is Jesus

So many times we go through things and don't want to forgive. However random things may seem the bible promises that all things work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his word. So we must forgive and if you don't know how to forgive ask the Holy Spirit and he will show you he will teach you.

Hey guys this is just me I'm going in the park too chicken oxtails continually talking about the leading of the Holy Spirit through things that seem to be mundane and not even that important. But they are important to him him, the Holy Spirit he is a person and he is very interested and concerned and wants to be a part of our Lives if we let him.

In this episode I just use the example of the chicken in the oxtails to let you know that it's better to be led by the Holy Spirit than to make decisions on your own.
