In spite of some sloppiness regarding inconsistent character behavior (Tracy with Sasha, Willow...just Willow), Gia and Keisha found a lot to like about mid-week Hospital. Elizabeth and Lucky had a lovely scene together before Rik crashed it. Carly and Lucas are working well as siblings. Sasha held her own against that smarmy tool Drew (after Carly chewed him out in spectacular fashion, and before Cody did the same). In other words, it was a great week for Drew-haters. And we have a new Brennan, who Gia thinks looks like a banker. She's not wrong. Also, everyone in Port...

The good news is Lulu is softening, and she and Dante are getting along. The bad news--Drew and Sidwell are back and as awful as ever. The only good thing about Drew is he seems to inspire those around him to become more interesting. Sidwell doesn't appear to have this effect on those around him. Meanwhile, Gio's origin story is making Gia and Keisha feel insulted. And they can generally take an insult (and hurl one), but, as Gia says, only if it works. So try harder, writers, or keep it simple. Or do your homework, so G and...

So a lot of potential couples in Port Charles. But for Gia, it's all about Baden-Baden and Brennan. And Carly. Will they or won't they? They probably will. Right? And what about Molly and Cody? Is that anything? Gio and Emma? Hopefully not? Jason and Sasha? Maybe? Meanwhile, with Brook Lynn's secret about to surface, things are about to get a lot messier at the Quartermaine mansion. Gia and Keisha have a lot of feedback this week. Lots of opinions. On the positive side, Kristina's outfit was great, Elizabeth and Lucky are sweet sleuthing together, and Brick still knows how to wear a suit. But then there's the other side. Even though he looks good in a suit, Brick is a creepy when it comes to Jordan. He just can't talk to her like a human being. Ditto Drew with Willow. Sidwell is spreading his particular brand of smarm too. So we're drowning in a lot of oiliness. Maybe we could have a bit more sincerity...

Gia and Keisha are checking in on a Tuesday because why not? And Keisha is wondering if Tracy deserves a little credit for finding a way to get rid of Drew?! Gia and Keisha are back with apologies for the delay. And Keisha would like an apology for the tediousness of Tracy. Gia is willing to forgive Tracy because she's Tracy. Neither Gia nor Keisha will ever forgive Drew. And they're not so fond of Selina Wu or Jenz Sidwell either. Or Emma. What happened to Emma?! But meanwhile back at GH, great strength exhibited by Nina, and anguish from Carly. Sonny and Willow also kept it together quite nicely when it really mattered. So Gia and Keisha are drinking again. No real reason, just enjoying the Dutch Barn vodka. And the drama! Oh, the drama! Willow and Drew get a bit of feedback from the people of Port Charles, and G and K couldn't be happier. Joss is every bit her mother's daughter. And Jason is lovely as Michael's second father. Will Michael survive? Chad Duell has Gia and Keisha's permission to come back when he's ready. Fingers crossed!

Wow. Two powerful days with some great performances driven by great writing! Dante, way to tell Lulu what's what! And Valentin, shame on you (mostly)! Sasha and Felicia had a nice moment. Drew couldn't have been scummier. Michael became the most interesting version of himself just in time to get caught up in an explosion meant for Sonny? Jason? And now there will be an enormous amount of suffering. All over town. Maybe even in DC, if Willow and Wiley can wake up from their Drew lovefest. Disgusting.
