色與見皆空,心才是真實的方向
有些日子,我們以為自己是被外面牽著走的:
被環境牽動、被聲音擾動、被事情推著一直往前。
但《楞嚴經》第三卷提醒我們——
其實世界沒有逼我們任何事,是我們自己的心先動了。
佛陀問阿難:
「這祇陀林的樹、池裡的水,是色生眼見?還是眼生色相?」
如果是眼生色,
那面對虛空時,色相應該消失;
如果是色生見,
那虛空不是色,見也應該不存在。
但是,
我們仍能「見」;
覺知並沒有因為空無一物而停止。
於是佛陀說:
見與色空,俱無處所。
色與見,二處虛妄,
本非因緣,非自然性。
換一個生活的語言是
外境不是痛苦的來源,
我們的心,也不是被世界造出來的。
所有以為的「被影響」,
都只是心自己起了波動。
在這一集,我們一起練習:
把注意力從「外面的世界」
慢慢收回到「正在覺知的心」身上。
光,不是從外面來的;
安定,也不是別人給的;
真正能帶我們回家的,
只有心裡那一道不生不滅的覺。
色相會變、感受會動、念頭會散,
但覺知的心,從來沒有離開過。

在今天這120集,我們先緬懷一位深具風範的醫師與學者 — 陳耀昌醫師。
他從台南永福國小一路進入台南一中初中部、高中部,再保送至台大醫學系,這樣的求學軌跡,在台南許多醫師心中並不陌生。
他不僅投入醫療,也深耕台灣文史,經常出席校友會的活動,以熱忱分享他的醫學熱情與台灣歷史的洞見。
他曾欣賞一幅劉于新的創作、以鄭成功與西拉雅族對話為想像的畫作。他見畫即欲收藏,因為他相信:對話、理解,比征伐更具力量。他也對創作與歷史始終懷抱熱情。
當他離開的消息傳來,雖有哀傷,這樣一位以歷史為時尺度的人,看待生死,遠比我們深。生與死,在他眼中,不是終點,而是時間長河中的一段轉折。
他的努力—醫學、文史、寫作—早已超越了肉身的侷限,留下視野、故事與方法,將陪伴所有關心台灣的人。
在這段懷念中,我們也轉入「正念」的練習。
坐定、閉眼、觀呼吸。
念頭來時,只覺知「此為念」,不追。
念頭滅時,不起「我無念」之想。
觀察「寤寐」「有無」的流轉皆為幻。
體會:覺本無來去,寧靜不動。
經文印心句:「覺非因緣,非自然性。」
在此,讓我們一同體會:覺不是思得,也不是滅得,只是在當下,不增、不減。
這一集,就是為了紀念陳耀昌醫師。

〈正念無體之覺與不滅之光〉
本集從兩部深具智慧的經典展開《楞嚴經》第三卷與《一切如來心祕密全身舍利寶篋印陀羅尼經》。
《楞嚴經》:「覺知性,非寤寐來,非生滅有。」
那是心中最深的光——不依夢醒而生,不隨塵念而滅。
而在《寶篋印經》中,佛言:
「善哉!金剛手!汝為未來世一切眾生大利益故,護持此法令不斷絕。」
爾時大眾……皆大歡喜,信受奉行。
這是佛對未來眾生的祝願:
願一切有情,都能守護覺知之光,使法脈不斷,使慈悲常在。
本集的正念練習,引導回到這份「不斷絕的覺性」。當我們在呼吸間觀照心的流動,就在護持法、護持光。那是一種無形的修行,如風吹林間,無聲卻遍滿寂靜。

恭喜台灣鋼琴家張凱閔,於第19屆蕭邦國際鋼琴大賽中以純淨音色感動國際。

也能讓相遇之人,因緣觸發,業障消融。
《楞嚴經》言:
「冷手觸熱手,冷多則熱從,熱勝則冷成熱。」
這提醒我們,冷熱、順逆,
不過是因緣和合,無自性可得。
一切知覺,畢竟無體。
以正念安住:
悉地圓滿,不在於外境的成就,
而在於我們能在每一個相遇中,

正念飲食:以食入定,一味照心
《一切如來心秘密全身舍利寶篋印陀羅尼經》「若人往在高山峰上,至心誦咒,眼根所及,山川草木皆得解脫。」
今晨,一碗溫粥、果乾,是我們與大地最靜默的對話。
不是為了吃飽,也不是為了節制,只是願意在這一口裡,看見生命無盡的因緣。
《楞嚴經》裡說:「舌入虛妄,味非根出,亦非空來。」
味道不是從舌頭生的,
不是因甜苦比較才有,
不是因為飢餓才吃,
而是因為我願意用一個覺知的心,
與這一口,如來舍利、萬法融入的此刻真誠相見。
「我們不是為了壓抑慾望而吃得清淡,
是因為我們明白,真正的滋養,不在食物裡,而在清醒裡。」
食物的香氣,在心中散開時,聽見經文深處傳來回響:
讓今天的餐桌,
不只是進食的地方,而是修行的壇城。
不用改變飲食習慣,
先從一口的覺察開始。
「一口是因緣,一嚼是慈悲,一吞是放下。」
在創作時,也是這樣地凝視、咀嚼、等待光影發酵。就像一筆一筆地描繪,也像一口一口地感謝。

此刻,你我手中若有一顆葡萄、一小口茶,就讓我們在味覺中,練習慈悲與不執著。
楞嚴經經文云:
「甜苦淡二種妄塵,發知居中,吸此塵象,名知味性;
此知味性,離彼甜苦及淡二塵,畢竟無體。」
寶篋印陀羅尼經⠀
「文文句句放大光明,照觸三途苦具皆辟,
眾生脫苦,佛種牙萌,隨意往生十方淨土。」
正念味覺冥想 ⠀
輕輕拿起你手中的食物,像接過一顆星辰。不急著吃,先觀它的形狀、氣味、質地,意識到它來自土地與眾生。⠀
含入口中時,不急著咀嚼,覺察:甜,是甜嗎?苦,是苦嗎?還是只是轉瞬即逝的幻象?⠀
覺知「知味」這個能力本身,也是無常且無我的。⠀
在心中輕念一句:「願以此味,回施苦難眾生,願他們離苦、願他們得安。」⠀
願此味覺之心,不為享樂所轉,
願此呼吸,輕輕化為光,照觸塵世苦難,
願每一位逝去的靈魂,乘願而行,往生淨土,願我們尚在此岸的人,活出慈悲與覺醒。

佛法法語——識陰的虛妄與無我
佛陀於《楞嚴經》中透過「瓶中虛空」的譬喻,向阿難尊者開示:識陰,亦即我們的分別意識
1. 虛空不因瓶的移動而改變
以「頻伽瓶」裝空,帶往遠方,說明空並未因瓶的移動而改變。這提醒我們:意識的流轉並非外境所致,而是內心對「我」的執著使然。當我們執著於「我」與「他」的分別,便如同誤認瓶中虛空為實有一般,形成對自我的錯誤認知。
2. 識陰的虛妄
當瓶口開啟,虛空並未流出,因為虛空本無形相,非實質可得。同樣地,識陰乃幻化,非真實之我,若執著識陰為實,便落入輪迴不息。佛陀教導我們:唯有透過正念,才能照見識陰的虛妄,不再被妄念牽引。
正念觀照——從瓶中虛空看識陰的運作
1. 覺察心念的無常與空性
如同瓶中虛空,念頭看似存在,實則無形無相,瞬息即滅。
2. 放下執著,安住當下
我們常因執著於過去的記憶或未來的擔憂,而錯過當下的寧靜。佛陀提醒我們,識陰是虛妄的,無法真正擁有,唯有透過呼吸的專注,才能安住當下,回歸內心的平靜。
3. 認識無我,減少分別心
佛陀教導識陰的運作充滿分別,導致我們對人、事、物產生固有的成見,增長煩惱。透過正念,我們能夠學習放下對「我」的執著,培養開放與包容的心態,減少內心的對立。
實踐正念:從識陰的虛妄回歸本心
《楞嚴經》提醒我們,當我們不再執著於識陰,即能回歸心的本然清淨。讓我們在生活中,時時觀照,安住於當下,以正念遠離煩惱,回歸平靜。

楞嚴經經典全名為《大佛頂如來密因修證了義諸菩薩萬行首楞嚴經》,簡稱《大佛頂首楞嚴經》、《大佛頂經》、《首楞嚴經》,一般稱之為《楞嚴經》(Śūraṅgama Sūtra;梵語:शूरङ्गम सूत्),為大乘佛教經典。
在明朝與清朝後,曾有:「自從一讀楞嚴後,不看人間糟粕書!」的說法,爲佛學家高度重視與肯定。2010年中國河南南陽菩提寺保存一函《楞嚴經》的梵文貝葉經。被鑑定為國家一級文物, 共226葉,殘缺6葉,字體圓形,係印度南方古文字,據稱為唐代梵文《楞嚴經》孤本。
第一位將楞嚴經英譯的人,是英國傳教士Joseph Edkins,將楞嚴經第一卷英譯,其譯為 Śūraṃgama-sūtra, The Leng-Yen-King。
本集ㄧ開始悼念92歲的詩人瘂弦在溫哥華逝世。持續介紹浙江杭州雷峰塔塔磚內的「一切如來心秘密全身舍利寶篋印陀羅尼經」經卷,談談琉璃心-有情生命美展十一月將在台南女中百年校園展開,開幕儀式將以正念芭蕾拉開序幕。

在明朝與清朝後,曾有:「自從一讀楞嚴後,不看人間糟粕書!」的說法,爲佛學家高度重視與肯定。2010年中國河南南陽菩提寺保存一函《楞嚴經》的梵文貝葉經。被鑑定為國家一級文物, 共226葉,殘缺6葉,字體圓形,係印度南方古文字,據稱為唐代梵文《楞嚴經》孤本。
第一位將楞嚴經英譯的人,是英國傳教士Joseph Edkins,將楞嚴經第一卷英譯,其譯為 Śūraṃgama-sūtra, The Leng-Yen-King。

楞嚴經經典全名為《大佛頂如來密因修證了義諸菩薩萬行首楞嚴經》,簡稱《大佛頂首楞嚴經》、《大佛頂經》、《首楞嚴經》,一般稱之為《楞嚴經》(Śūraṅgama Sūtra;梵語:शूरङ्गम सूत्),為大乘佛教經典。
在明朝與清朝後,曾有:「自從一讀楞嚴後,不看人間糟粕書!」的說法,爲佛學家高度重視與肯定。2010年中國河南南陽菩提寺保存一函《楞嚴經》的梵文貝葉經。被鑑定為國家一級文物, 共226葉,殘缺6葉,字體圓形,係印度南方古文字,據稱為唐代梵文《楞嚴經》孤本。
第一位將楞嚴經英譯的人,是英國傳教士Joseph Edkins,將楞嚴經第一卷英譯,其譯為 Śūraṃgama-sūtra, The Leng-Yen-King。
