Your Mind, Your Body, Your Choice: It's YOUR Life...what are you going to do with it?

Have you ever questioned your worth because of how others treated you? Yeah… me too. Listen in as I express your worth...and how allowing others to minimize it is non-negotiable.

If I wrote down every chaotic thing I faced this week—mentally, emotionally, physically, and in my relationships—and compared it to the moments where I chose peace instead, the difference would be clear. Today, I’m sharing how I finally chose my peace over someone else’s chaos.

Have you had situations in your past that you pray no one ever finds out about? Do you avoid certain people because they know about your skeletons and you don't want to be outed? If this is you, listen to my thoughts on this subject.

Sometimes to fit in, people will give in to others request or start taking on people's personality traits. Instead of doing that, allow people to follow you in your greatness. Listen in as I discuss.

On my last episode, I spoke of the negative aspects of social media and how people misuse it. This episode is the complete opposite.

Negativity is all around us. No matter your social status, your family or your work/home community, someone is thinking or speaking negatively. How do you handle it?

I am a planner; there is nothing spontaneous about me! Listen in as I talk about how I'm learning to listen to His instructions...even when they are not in 'my' plans.

Friendships. Listen in as I discuss how my friendships turned from heavy to heavenly. This won’t be for everyone…

Beautification is a process; it brings honor and pride to the person that owns or delivers it. What happens when something that is supposed to be beautiful if not? Listen in as I explain.

Who can take what God has ordained for you? I remember telling someone once that I don’t like little girls sticking out their tongues when they dance because it makes me think of female rappers rapping about sex….things (in my opinion) little girls shouldn’t emulate..

Each generation has something going on that the previous generations doesn’t like-no right or wrong, we just have our own opinions.

We are allowed to have opinions about what we deem as good, bad or, what needs to be eliminated, but do we have the right to judge?

Envy- described as an emotion which occurs when a person lacks quality, scale, achievement, or possession, the other, and wishes that the other lacked it. Envy has been an issue since the beginning of time when Cain Killed Able.

Change… something we all should do as we mature, but what if you, or someone you know prefers to complain or conform? Listen in…

We sometimes look at someone and think we know all we NEED to know about that person. 9 times out of 10, you are wrong. Let's stop looking at someone and judging them.

This episode is not based on my thoughts; it is based on a question: Do you miss the village mentality? Don't you miss people looking out for each other? I do...

There are some people that no matter what they've been blessed with, it isn't enough: They want bigger, better...more expensive. Then you have people that are grateful for everything they have; food, car, home. One group is satisfied and the other never will be: where do you fall?

Do you find time for some people and never have a moment to spare for others? You never know who God places in your path as a gatekeeper, so be careful of who you dismiss.

Stop putting yourself down or, reminding yourself of all the negative things you have done in the past. Oh…and MENTOR is the word I couldn’t think of 🤣🤣.
