With both Liverpool and Man City dropping points this weekend, all eyes were on Arsenal vs Spurs in the North London Derby - where Arteta's boys ran riot! Munoz owners were in dreamland against Wolves, as were Enzo owners away at Burnley. Minteh bags a brace of assists for Brighton, whose fixtures continue to look reasonable for the foreseeable - and Morgan Rogers reminds us just what a talent he is, ahead of a plum fixture against Wolves next week.

And we're both considering chips for GW13 too...

In an unpredictable season, it was fairly predictable that Joao Pedro would find some form and a goal once we'd sold him a couple of weeks ago. Chelsea then, on the rise, but Arsenal's outstanding winning run comes to an end against a stubborn Sunderland. City put Liverpool well and truly to the sword at the Etihad. Spurs rotten home form continues as they have to accept a point agent Man United.

The fixtures now take a very positive turn for Liverpool from GW12, so we ask whether they're worth investing in and which are the best FPL...

After hardly taking a shot in several weeks, Chelsea's Joao Pedro pops up with the winner at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium to punish his sellers - and with Burnley and Wolves up next, you'd have to say those that held are looking in good shape! Elsewhere, Burnley (like many others) struggle to break down a resilient Arsenal rear-guard and Nuno gets his first win at home to Newcastle as West Ham boss. Liverpool beat Villa at Anfield to stop the rot and United go ahead, go behind and eventually share the spoils with Forest.

With wins for Arsenal and City, the onus was on the chasing pack to keep pace with the two front-runners. Arne Slot's Liverpool though, lose their third game in a row at Anfield to Manchester United, while Bournemouth and Palace play out a superb 3-3 draw, with a hat-trick from Mateta. Chelsea breeze past Forest and in doing so, sack Ange Postecoglu. Spurs stutter at home to Villa and Brighton beat Newcastle at the Amex.

We look back at all the weekend's action and discuss transfers for next week, including a possible Bench Boost.

Very contrasting emotional states here at FPL Family tonight! Lee has to watch Liverpool lose their third game in a week, while Sam watches Spurs grab three very good points at Elland Road. Palace lost their unbeaten run at the Hill-Dickinson, United cruise past Sunderland and Arsenal get the job done at home to West Ham, but lose their captain to a knee injury.

And in FPL, Lee's had a week to forget, while Sam's week sees her climb the ranks with a massive green arrow.

So BOTH Lee and Sam's Wildcards played in GW6, so we'll ask whether they were a HIT or a MISS? And now what in GW7, what went right on Wildcard, but also what do we need to fix, if anything. Haaland came in for both of us of course, but that also meant that we weren't able to use the Triple Captain - those that did got a huge 90+ minute HAUL from the big Norwegian. 
Elsewhere, Liverpool lost their 100% record against a very good-looking Palace side, United stumble again with Bruno missing yet ANOTHER penalty and Chelsea fall to B...

For a while now, both Lee and Sam have been sating that GW6 is the time to activate the Wildcard - but with Cole Palmer clearly not fully fit and still plenty of question marks over the data we're seeing in FPL - the wildcard champagne might be on ice. We'll talk through the main talking points from this weekend's action, including a bonkers game at Old Trafford between United and Chelsea and a distinct lack of clean sheets anywhere on Saturday!

What a week in the Premier League, so much action to discuss, this could be a long stream - strap in folks! Loads of FPL discussion to be hard too, with Joao Pedro owners happy with the points, but not with Enzo taking the penalty. Bruno scores his this week, to the delight of his owners, but leaves it late. Liverpool edge pass Arsenal with a rocket from Szoboszlai and West Ham cause an upset at Forest, in a result no-one saw coming!

Another swingy-looking GW2 in FPL, with the game data really not settling into any meaningful patterns yet, so we look back at all the weekend's action to see what we can ascertain. those showing patience with Joao Pedro were rewarded with a double-digit haul, as were those with Everton's James Tarkowski as the Toffees get off to a winning start at their new stadium. Elsewhere Spurs outplay City at the Ethihad, Arsenal cruise past Leeds and Brentford show some unexpected guts against Aston Villa.

What a week it's been here at FPL Family. The PL season is over and both Spurs and Liverpool has e lifted trophies, meaning we are both in WONDERFUL moods. For one of us though, it was a very narrow defeat in the FPL Family #TeamLee vs #TeamSam season head-to-head, what a finale! We look back at an incredible season, our eighth in FPL as FPL Family and look forward to our ninth. So here it is, the curtain is not quite down on GW37 yet, but we assess the Premier League action so far, with an eye on GW38 - the 24/25 finale! We've had new rules, new chips, new Champions...it's been a roller-coaster season! This week though, Vardy hits his 200th goal in his last game for Leicester City, Everton say goodbye to Goodison, Brentford slip up at home to Fulham and both Spurs and United lose away from home (a little predictably maybe) before they meet in Wednesday's Europa League final.

Just two weeks to go in FPL and the race for Champions League football is hotting up. Villa squeeze past Bournemouth despite being reduced to 10 men and Newcastle beat Chelsea. Southampton hold Man City to ensure they're NOT the worst team ever in PL history and in doing so, keep Erling Haaland quiet on his return from injury. Elsewhere both Spurs and Man United lose 0-2 at home, demonstrating their focus is clearly elsewhere!

Long time, no see! Great to be back on the other side of the international break. So much has happened, as is still to happen, in FPL - Sam played the Wildcard this week, so we assess. the fallout and ask in which GW she should use the Bench Boost - GW32 or GW33? Lee can't Bench Boost, because he played the Assistant Manager in GW31, so is it stick or twist for him going into GW 32? We look back at all the weekend's action, including a rare defeat for Liverpool and another disappointing result for Salah owners. Spurs relegate...

As we go into the International Break, both Lee and Sam stumble through Blank GW29 largely unscathed - with Sam owning a debt of gratitude to Forest's Anthony Elanga, as popular FPL captain Chris Wood BLANKS in game with six goals! Elsewhere, Newcastle beat Liverpool in the League Cup, City labour to a draw at home to impressive Brighton, Fulham brush aside Spurs and Arsenal squeeze out a 1-0 win over Palmer-less Chelsea. We look at our teams, scores and players to consider now over the International Break.

With GW28 nearly in the books, we look ahead to GW29 - the GW that contains the Carabao Cup Final and therefore a blank for Liverpool and Newcastle, as well as their would-be opponents Palace and Villa. Neither Lee nor Sam are looking to FreeHit, so how on earth are we going to navigate through unscathed? We'll also look back at the weekend's action, including a missed penalty for Palmer, but two scored for Sarah - as he breaks an all-time FPL record. GOAT.

In a week that saw Spurs record three back-to-back wins in a row, Sam is in a great mood! Particularly as FPL is going very well for her too. In a week where most captained Haaland, his third blank in a row has us questioning what we could all do with 15m in FPL - but we're not transferring him out ahead of Southampton surely? Elsewhere, Jota goes off injured for Liverpool, Spurs go a goal behind again, but come back again, to put open another impressive offensive display. Watkins and Rogers both score for Villa and Arsenal drop points at Bournemouth on the back of a controversial red card.

With Haaland and Salah both blanking and Palmer grabbing just an assist, Sara was the premium to have this week - but with that conversation changing almost o n weekly basis, we ask whether patience or 'premium-jumping' is the right strategy going forward. With Liverpool and Spurs both losing 0-1 at home this week, Lee and Sam are finding other reasons to be cheerful. That said, FPL wasn't too much to shout about either - although owners of Gabriel, Haaland and Ollie Watkins will disagree!

With Haaland splitting the community in pre-season, GW2 was always going to be a GW of the have and the have-nots. And those with Haaland, particularly those with the Triple Captain chip active, did very well indeed! However, those without will argue that the money they saved was spent on other premium assets that did well - like Heung-Min Son, who bagged a brace against a sorry-looking Everton. We'll look back at the weekend's action - and ahead to GW3.
