Many women have the problem of a wide and gaping vagina after having had childbirth, even if they've only had one baby. Chronic pushing and constipation, and perhaps even heavyweight bodybuilding and lifting, can push the pelvic organs forcefully out of the vaginal canal and result in a vaginal opening that looks wide open. Sometimes there's even a little bulge from the rectum or the bladder. What can you do? If you have a fallen bladder or rectum (cystocele or rectocele or both), those can be fixed with surgery. Camel Toes refer to the outline of the labia majora (the outer lips of the vulva) that becomes visible through tightly fitting clothes, resembling the shape of a camel's toe. This phenomenon can occur due to anatomical factors combined with the tension of fabric in the crotch area which can be exacerbated by aging and weight loss.
