Today's message is about running the spiritual race with the end in mind. Anyone that has put their faith in Jesus as their Lord and Savior is running a spiritual race. In this race their will be challenges, obstacles, disappointments, and even defeats but there are several things we can do to prepare in advance to be successful.

In Psalm 34:8, David invites us to "taste and see that the Lord is good." It’s an invitation to not simply hear about God’s goodness, but to personally experience it. In today’s message, we’ll explore how God’s goodness is not a distant concept, but a present reality to be savored.

Just like a strong scent can either attract or repel, so can our faith and actions influence and leave an indelible impression on others we encounter. In today’s message, we will be challenged to consciously spread the aroma of Jesus wherever we go. What kind of fragrance are you emitting to those around you?

There is a big difference between “hearing” God’s Word and truly “listening” with a heart ready to act. While hearing involves receiving sound, listening requires attentiveness and a willingness to respond.
