On this edition of the program, we talk about Metro Micro and my thoughts on its idea to be in the Warner Center area. I live around there, so we'll see how it goes. Its a motion right now, but we'll see how it goes if it passes. We'll keep you posted!

Welcome folks to a traveling episode. While probably not the best stuff to podcast with, I take you in to Van Nuys for the San Fernando Service Council meeting that took place on October 1, 2025.

The way i got there was from here, to the 150 by walking. Then took the 150 to the orange line at Canoga Station and then took it to Van Nuys and Oxonard.

I had to walk north from there, and even went through a baracade of sorts as they did put a walkway through there.

The Metro Calendar is light this month of December, but we're going to tell you what's listed.

Novembr 20th was an interesting meeting. Item 29 besides the monthly report, gave us something never discussed, Metro's engagement with passups and what they're doing about it.

It is known that Los Angeles Metro is the only agency tracking this, and they have a 1.85 percent passup ratio. Can your agency say that?

I know this will be quite lengthy, but I do have comments and I go through the agenda.

We fixed the braille issues mentioned, go to the board page to pick up a new one if you picked up the first copy.

Lots of items as this is the final board meeting of the year and its their November-December meeting.

They do not meet on Thanksgiving, technically the 4th thursday, and the 4th thursday in December is Christmas.

On this episode, we talk a little bit about the board meeting and the a line to Pamona. It opened last Friday, but we didn't get great audio so we take a different path.

We've got a first in signage I braught to the board's attention to make things better, and I'm hoping that the feedback will be of value as we work together to fix both signage that may be wrong and faded signs throughout the system no matter what it may be.

We took this trip during pre revenue, but can not release these until opening day. This is Metro's rules.

The three stations in the title are evaluated and feedback given on its layout, signage from my vantage point, and they told me about some issues they're fixing with the call boxes.

If more evaluation is needed, i'll go.
