Real Talk about Addiction and Recovery: Eliminating the Whisper
Real Talk about Addiction and Recovery: Eliminating the Whisper

The mission of the American Addiction Recovery Association (AARA) is simple but powerful: To save lives, restore families, and strengthen communities.

AARA is America’s exclusive organization which combines the voices of families and peers together to address the addiction epidemic. Working together, peers and family members will make a difference.

AARA will do for addiction what the Susan G. Komen Foundation has done for breast cancer: shatter stigma and show America that recovery is real.

The number one cause of death in the United States for Americans 18 - 45 is overdose. This is not acceptable. The numbers are at historic highs in terms of cases of active addiction and overdoses. On average, 200 Americans overdose each day which is equivalent to a 737-plane crashing every day.

AARA will work with governments at the federal, state, and local level to advocate for funding and legislation to address the addiction epidemic.

AARA will work with businesses, faith leaders, education leaders, law enforcement, and the medical community to change the culture and offer tools and resources so that those in need of support and help can receive it in a professional and effective manner.

AARA is your trusted leader in improving the lives of individuals and their families impacted by addiction, overdose, and mental health. We support efforts to empower people to live their lives to the fullest in recovery and without the shame and fear associated with stigma.

The Followed By Mercy Podcast

Real Grace, Honest Hope

You might notice a new name and a fresh look, but the heart behind this podcast is the same. After years as the World Evangelism Podcast, I sensed God leading me to a deeper, more personal path centered on His relentless mercy and the kind of honest hope that can reach into every hurting place. That’s why this show is now called Followed By Mercy Podcast. The format may shift, and the tone may be a bit more personal, but my mission hasn’t changed: I still believe the world desperately needs to hear the good news of God’s love in Jesus Christ. You are welcome here if you’ve been with me from the beginning or just found us now.

What if God’s love is more personal, stubborn, and relentless than you ever imagined?

Welcome to The Followed By Mercy Podcast, where we get honest about pain, hope, and the kind of grace that finds you right where you are, five days a week. This isn’t about religious performance or church routines. It’s for anyone who’s ever felt worn out, unseen, or unsure if they belong in the story of God’s love. Every conversation is rooted in this reality: God loves you right now, just as you are, and He isn’t giving up on you.

Here’s what you’ll find in every episode:

Experience God’s Relentless Love

Every show starts by reminding you that the Shepherd knows your name, cares about your story, and isn’t offended by your failures or questions. This is personal—it’s about God’s unwavering affection for you.

Find Your Place in His Heart

Once you grasp how fiercely you’re loved, sharing that love with others doesn’t feel forced. It becomes the most natural thing in the world. Real grace overflows.

Prayer That Changes You

We pray together—not just for the world “out there,” but for the battles and hopes you’re carrying right now. These prayers are honest, rooted in Scripture, and meant for hearts that need a gentle touch from the Shepherd.

Discover Your Unique Role

Whether you’re called to go, give, serve, or show kindness in your corner of the world, God’s mercy meets you where you are. You’re not just a bystander. You are His beloved, invited into the story He’s writing.

When life knocks the wind out of you, this is a place to catch your breath. You’ll hear the encouragement that meets you on your hardest days, and your honest questions will be welcomed. No pretending, no heavy-handed advice—just the reminder that your Shepherd is right there with you, walking every step with you, even when you feel like giving up.

Why does this matter? Because some days, it feels like nobody sees you or cares what you’re going through. But the truth is, you have a Shepherd who never takes His eyes off you, lets you slip through the cracks, and never gives up on you. That kind of love can put you back on your feet, and it might be the hope someone else is waiting to see in you, too.

If you’re longing for more than just religious talk—if you want to know you’re not alone and that God’s mercy is following you all the way home, you’re in the right place. Whether you listen in the car, on a walk, or in a quiet moment, let every episode remind you: God’s mercy is after you right now, ready to bring real grace and honest hope.

Subscribe today and join a community to discover what happens when loved people become loving people. The journey’s just beginning, and there’s a place for you here.

Listen In Love
Listen In Love

Brought to you by Under His Wings—a nonprofit with nearly 20 years of experience in trauma-informed mental health—this podcast is where faith meets psychology. Our mission? To shape modern culture by blending biblical truth with accurate psychological practices.

Our unique approach bridges a generational divide. Upcoming younger generations are boldly talking about mental health, and rightly so. While their voices are passionate, aware, and deeply honest, the guidance, support, and understanding of older generations grants insight into the resilience, grit, and perseverance which secures success in life. Here, empathy meets experience. Authenticity meets wisdom. Self-expression meets self-determination.

Listen In Love seeks to bring you encouragement for a life that's not just happier, but holier.

Be a part of our mission! We aim to make mental health relatable.

Being Well & Working Together Podcast: StoryConnect
Being Well & Working Together Podcast: StoryConnect
How are you doing—really? And how do you want to make the world a better place? Who's already doing that work, and how might you join them? Welcome to the Being Well and Working Together podcast, powered by Story Connect. Here, we elevate the people, organizations, and networks helping all of us live well and work together wherever we live, work, worship, play, and serve. Because one of the most loving things you can do for the people who matter most is to be well yourself. If we're honest, every one of us has areas of life that are either undiagnosed or unwell. A mentor of mine always says, “You don't wake up one day being someone you have not been becoming.” So who are you becoming? What legacy are you already leaving in the lives you touch? This podcast helps you discover the people, practices, and stories that can help you become well. And it's also about what brings you to life—what brings you joy, how you were designed, and what you were designed to do to care for others. What are you aching to improve in the world? What goodness do you feel wired to bring? And who else might you work alongside to bring that goodness to life? Because at Story Connect, we believe this deeply: We don't have a resource problem; we have a connection problem. The right people, the right collaborations, the right stories—they change everything. And Story Connect helps you find them. If this mission resonates with you, become a Story Connector—a monthly or annual financial partner helping to expand this work. There's a link in the description below. And whether or not you give, you can accelerate this movement by subscribing, rating, and sharing this podcast so others can find these stories and the people behind them. My hope is simple: that you will be well—really—and that you'll experience the joy of working together to make the world a better place. Welcome to the Being Well and Working Together podcast. Let's begin.

The Giving Growth Podcast is about confronting the uncomfortable truth facing nonprofits today: The traditional donor pyramid is collapsing. Older donors are aging out. Younger generations aren't stepping in fast enough. And economic volatility is squeezing philanthropy from all sides. We dig into: * Why legacy fundraising models are failing * What’s working to attract and retain next-gen donors * How to use data, technology, and storytelling to drive meaningful growth * And how to future proof your nonprofit without losing your mission It’s not about hype. It’s about hard truths, and bold strategies for what comes next. If you’re a nonprofit exec or fundraiser looking to grow in a world that’s shifting under your feet, this is your show.

Facilities Five and Dime: The Podcast on Church Facility Stewardship
Facilities Five and Dime: The Podcast on Church Facility Stewardship

Facilities Five and Dime: The Podcast on Church Facility Stewardship isn’t your typical podcast. Like the old five-and-dime stores—where merchants had to know a little bit about everything—we step into the world of facility stewardship with curiosity, grit, and a touch of storytelling flair. Each episode digs into real stories, lessons learned, and surprising turns behind the buildings we use every day.

From unseen risks hidden in cooling towers to potential poor communication within a maintenance team, we uncover how small details and overlooked systems can have significant consequences. Along the way, we tie in history, best practices, and practical wisdom that will equip facility teams, leaders, and everyday stewards to care well for the spaces entrusted to them.

Think of it as a place where curiosity meets expertise, and where every aisle is stocked with a new story you didn’t expect—but one you’ll never forget.
