Project Unlaced explores the fine line between discipline and disorder in sports, where high school athletes are often vulnerable to eating disorders and REDs (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sports). These challenges thrive in silence, stigma, and misunderstanding, but with awareness and support, they can be addressed.
In each episode, I share my personal journey, discuss research, provide practical tips, and speak with athletes and experts to shine a light on the hidden struggles of teen athletes. Our mission is clear: to educate, empower, and ensure that every high school athlete has the support they need to thrive both on and off the field.

Hi, I’m Lily Tran. I advanced my corporate career from nail technician to lead engineer, built a nine-property portfolio from scratch, and now own multiple businesses.
High performers are wired differently. We carry a constant drive to achieve more, but underneath, there’s often a fear of falling short—of not living up to expectations, losing momentum, or feeling like we’re not enough. Because we’re wired to push harder, take on more, and strive for excellence, it can feel like we’re the only ones carrying that weight. Over time, repeating the same negative patterns—like the Controller, Hyper-Achiever, Restless, Stickler, Judge, Avoider, Hyper-Rational, Hyper-Vigilant, Victim, and Pleaser—creates a cycle that feels isolating. Even surrounded by success, we can feel alone in the struggle—until we become aware of our negative patterns and step into our Sage Power.
Welcome to Saboteurs to Sage Power with Lily Love Tran—the podcast where high achievers, CEOs, and real estate investors turn mental roadblocks into stepping stones for success. We share real stories from guests and explore Positive Intelligence, along with other proven strategies, to help you grow without sacrificing peace and joy—by catching the saboteurs and leveling up your performance.
So, if you’re ready to stop self-sabotage and rise together with Sage Power, this podcast is for you.

On The Harley Malarkey Podcast: Old Dog, New Tricks, Brian Malarkey and Danielle Harley blend Gen X grit and Millennial mindfulness to explore the messy, magical world of modern relationships.
Each week, they tackle a new topic with raw honesty, humor, and an open heart—everything from age-gap relationships and sobriety to plastic surgery, parenting, and self-acceptance. Nothing is off-limits, and every conversation is infused with laughter, curiosity, and the kind of insight that only comes from living, loving, and learning—sometimes the hard way.
Malarkey is a celebrated chef, restaurateur, entrepreneur, and Food Network personality known for his larger-than-life energy and passion for bringing people together through unforgettable dining experiences. Harley is a thoughtful and dynamic businesswoman with what she lovingly calls a "minor in spirituality"—having studied Reiki, nutrition, psychology, and yoga as part of her own deep healing journey.
Together, they invite listeners into their world—not as experts, but as two people committed to understanding themselves, each other, and what it truly means to build a meaningful relationship. At its core, this podcast is about connection: learning to laugh more, judge less, and connect more deeply with yourself and the people you love.
" You are the Potter, I am the Clay! " Like me, you may have heard this phrase multiple times and even said it yourself. Whether you are in the church or not, this has become a popular phrase; that eventually in some cases became a cliché. However, has it crossed your mind what it really means to say " I am the Clay"?When you hear this phrase, you may imagine the positions of a “Potter” and “Clay” in this relationship. Understanding that the “Potter” makes and molds the clay to the desired finished product. You understand that the “Potter” knows the process needed to obtain the product's intended purpose. You may even imagine a “Potter” molding clay on the Potter’s wheel into a bowl. It is only possible for the clay to become a bowl if it cooperates with the Potter. The clay has to understand that its duty is only to be molded. The “Potter's” purpose will never come to fruition if the “clay” is non-cooperative.
Here on the “Be Clay” podcast, we will talk about how to accept and endure the duty of clay, as we allow the Potter to perform the same. We will explore the positions of “The Potter” and “The Clay” and the dynamics of each role. In the past years, I have learned and am still learning the roles of “The Potter” and “The Clay”. I have come to the realization that I was not fulfilling the role of “The Clay”. Instead of allowing “ The Potter” to mold me, I was fighting back and trying to mold myself. You can imagine what a mess I made! If you can relate, know you are not alone. “You are the Potter, and I am the Clay” will not be just something you say, but you will learn and understand your role and “ Be Clay”

Raw, honest, heart–opening conversations on the spirit world, healing, and the nature of consciousness.
No fluff. No preaching. Just truth, curiosity, and lived experience.
I’m Jason Paul - a spiritual medium and intuitive guide based in England.
My life has been anything but linear. I’ve been a police officer, cabin crew, a magician, and later the founder of a multimillion-turnover recruitment company built from nothing but my savings and stubborn belief. I’ve risen, fallen, rebuilt, unravelled… and awakened.
For years, I tried to fix the feeling of not fitting in - something I’d often tie to being gay - with success, money, and constant reinvention. But none of it touched the deeper ache. I didn’t realise that what I was really repressing was my sensitivity, my intuition, my essence. As Ram Dass said, the spacesuit didn’t fit.
Everything changed when I returned to the roots I’d been running from:
the grandson of a working medium, guided by teachers who showed me that the world of spirit is both real and profoundly simple — and that everything starts with presence.
Soul Sync is the unfolding of that journey.
Each episode explores the threads that weave us back to ourselves:
mediumship, consciousness, psychedelics, healing, grief, synchronicity, energy, identity, intuition.
Some episodes are me - raw, in the chair, reflecting on life and the signs Spirit leaves on the path.
Others are deep, unfiltered conversations with thought leaders, seekers, and those who have lived through their own awakenings.
This podcast is for the ones who feel there’s more.
For sensitives learning to trust themselves.
For anyone navigating the messy, beautiful middle of becoming.
For those who want to live braver, love deeper, and remember who they’ve always been.
If this podcast moves you, please leave a short review - it genuinely helps these conversations reach others who need them.

Brought to you by Under His Wings—a nonprofit with nearly 20 years of experience in trauma-informed mental health—this podcast is where faith meets psychology. Our mission? To shape modern culture by blending biblical truth with accurate psychological practices.

While their voices are passionate, aware, and deeply honest, the guidance, support, and understanding of older generations grants insight into the resilience, grit, and perseverance which secures success in life. Here, empathy meets experience. Authenticity meets wisdom. Self-expression meets self-determination.
Listen In Love seeks to bring you encouragement for a life that's not just happier, but holier.

Resilient and Called is a podcast for women who want to live with purpose in the middle of real-life chaos. Hosted by Eleanor Haack-Finney—pastoral counselor, military missionary, author, and founder of Defenders of Resilience—this show equips everyday women to step boldly into their God-given calling right where they already are.
Through biblical teaching, vulnerable storytelling, and practical guidance, each episode helps you recognize your mission field in the ordinary places: your home, workplace, friendships, neighborhood, and online influence.
Because you don’t need a title, a stage, or a perfectly put-together life to make an impact. You just need a willing heart.
Whether you’re navigating motherhood, marriage, military life, ministry burnout, spiritual loneliness, or a season of transition—this podcast reminds you that God calls you in the middle of your mess, not after it.
You are resilient.
You are called.
And your everyday life is already a mission field.

ADHDifference challenges the common misconception that ADHD only affects young people. Diagnosed as an adult, Julie Legg interviews guests from around the world, sharing new ADHD perspectives, strategies and insights.
ADHDifference's mission is to foster a deeper understanding of ADHD by sharing personal, relatable experiences in informal and open conversations. Choosing "difference" over "disorder" reflects its belief that ADHD is a difference in brain wiring, not just a clinical label.
Julie is the author of The Missing Piece: A Woman's Guide to Understanding, Diagnosing, and Living with ADHD (HarperCollins NZ, 2024) and ADHD advocate.
We discuss infants, toddlers, their caregivers, and the relationships that shape their worlds.
Countless studies confirm that our attorneys are struggling with substance abuse, mental health challenges, anxiety, and stress at alarming rates.
While these challenges cannot be attributed to any one cause, many of these studies have demonstrated the need for greater support and mentorship in the legal profession.
At the same time, as attorneys, we need to develop better and healthier coping skills to overcome the inevitable challenges of practicing law.
This podcast endeavors to do just that. Get practical skills and tools to change the way you interact with your career and start living differently.
